Refund Policy
If your plan does not work in the first 7 days and our support cannot put it right, you get your money back. Here is what that covers and how to ask.

When you get your money back
Both of these have to be true:
- the service does not work within 7 days of your login being activated;
- our support has tried and has not managed to fix the problem.
The rule is the same for every plan, Classic, Premier and Stadium 4K, on one screen or on several.
How to ask
- Write to us on WhatsApp, from the contact page, within 7 days of activation.
- Give your order number, which is in the confirmation email, then the plan, the device and player app you use, and what happens on screen. A photo of an error message helps.
- Support works through the problem with you first. If it cannot be fixed, the refund is granted and we confirm it with you on WhatsApp.
Before you ask
Many first-week faults are quick to clear: a login copied with a space, a weak Wi-Fi signal in the evening, or a second screen playing on a one-screen plan. The first fixes on the home page go through the usual ones.
No renewal to cancel
Plans do not renew automatically. When the period ends, access stops and nothing more is charged, so there is never a subscription to cancel.
The rest of the conditions
Prices, payment and activation are covered in the terms of sale. What happens to the details you send with a refund request is explained in the privacy policy.
