What Smarts Club UK collects when you visit iptvsmartspro.club or order a plan, why, how long it is kept, and how to use your rights under UK data protection law.

Who is responsible

Smarts Club UK, the seller of the plans on this site, decides how your data is used. For any question about your data, write to us on WhatsApp from the contact page.

When you simply visit

The site has no customer accounts, no newsletter and no comments, and it loads no advertising or analytics tools. It runs on a virtual private server, with Cloudflare in front to protect it and speed it up. Like any web server, they handle technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, to deliver pages and keep the site secure. The cookie policy lists the few technical cookies that can be set.

When you order

The order form collects your name, email address, phone number and country, the device and player app you use, the payment method you choose and any note you add. With the order we also record the IP address, browser and referring page of the request, to stop abuse of the form.

We use these details to handle your order, send the confirmation email, give you your login, help you set up and deal with a refund if one is due. A copy of each order is also kept in the site's shop records (WooCommerce) as a record of the sale.

The order then continues on WhatsApp, where we also see the name on your WhatsApp profile and the messages you send.

Why we use it

Handling your order and helping you afterwards is needed to provide what you bought. Keeping technical data and the form's anti-abuse records serves our interest in running a secure site.

How long it is kept

  • The IP address, browser and referring page recorded with an order are removed after 30 days.
  • An order that is cancelled, refunded or has run its course is deleted from the order form's records once it is more than a year old.
  • The copy in the shop's records stays as a record of the sale, unless you ask us to erase it.

Who else handles it

WhatsApp (Meta) carries our conversation with you, Cloudflare carries the traffic to the site, and the payment service you choose handles the payment: card network, PayPal, the Bitcoin or USDT network, or the gift card issuer. Each works under its own privacy policy, and some are based outside the UK. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable format. Write to us on WhatsApp from the contact page. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
